Ulladulla Yoga and Pilates Teacher Kerri Wild provides a range of classes in Ulladulla, Mollymook and Milton. Classes include traditional Satyananda Yoga, Yoga/Pilates, Pre Natal Yoga and Core Yoga. All classes aim to bring a greater unity between body, mind and spirit. Enhancing your awareness of how your body moves and deepening the mind/body connection will help you to reduce the risk of injury and enable you to enjoy a more active lifestyle.

Kerri has been teaching yoga since 1999 and is committed to expanding her own knowledge and experience of yoga and pilates attending regular workshops and retreats. Kerri is an Affiliated member of Satyananda Yoga Teachers Association (SYTA) and a Level 2 accredited teacher with Satyananda Yoga Association. Kerri also has a certificate in Pilates and enjoys combining this knowledge with the age old wisdom of yoga in her Yoga/Pilates classes. Kerri recently attended training in Core Yoga and is now offering this dynamic Yoga/Pilates fusion class that will strengthen and streamline the body, reduce tension, enhance posture, and cultivate a state of active relaxation in everyday life. She is also a trained Laughter Yoga Teacher and loves to share the experience of this fun and uplifting class whenever possible! Private classes in any of these styles are available for groups, businesses or individuals, these can be either one-off classes or set for a number of weeks. Kerri also offers a range of massage therapies from her private studio in Ulladulla on the NSW South Coast, such as Remedial, Swedish, Ka Huna (Hawaiian) and Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology and Bowen Therapy. Kerri is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and is able to issue receipts for health rebates from most funds.

Great packages tailored to suit groups or individuals are available combining yoga, pilates and massage. For example start with a 1 hour stretch and relax yoga and/or pilates class and follow it with a massage to completely unwind and de-stress the body and mind.

Kerri and another massage therapist can work together on couples so as you can enjoy a massage at the same time side by side. Kerri also provides yoga, pilates and massage for guests at The Long Weekend Retreat, Lake Conjola.
