
Ulladulla yoga teacher and massage therapist Kerri Wild provides
a range of classes in the Satyananda tradition to suit the hectic pace
of our modern life-styles and aims to bring greater unity between
body, mind and spirit.
Kerri has been teaching yoga since 1999 and is committed to
expanding her own knowledge and experience of yoga attending
regular workshops and retreats. Kerri is an Affiliated member of
Satyananda Yoga Teachers Association (SYTA) and a Level 2
accredited teacher with Satyananda Yoga Association. Private classes
are also available for groups, businesses or individuals, these can be
either one-off classes or set for a number of weeks. She enjoys sharing
yoga and invites you to contact her for further information.
Kerri also offers a range of massage therapies from her private studio
in Ulladulla on the NSW South Coast, such as Remedial, Swedish,
Ka Huna (Hawaiian) and Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point Therapy,
Craniosacral Therapy, Polynesian Floorwork, Reflexology and Bowen
Therapy. Kerri is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society
(ATMS) and is able to issue receipts for health rebates from most funds.
Kerri and another massage therapist can work together on couples so as you can enjoy a massage at the same time side by side. Kerri also provides massage and yoga for guests at The Long Weekend Retreat, Lake Conjola.
Great packages tailored to suit are available combining yoga and massage. For example for a group of 6 start with a 1 hour stretch and relax yoga class and follow it with a 30 minute massage with 2 therapists, so 2 persons can enjoy a massage side by side, to completely unwind and de-stress the body and mind. Cost only $55 per person for a group of 6.
